boy and the TSA

For those who don't know, the Travel Security Administration is a several year old post-9/11 panacea desgined to make Americans believe their air travel is safer. But, like most government entitites, they have not made travel safer - just more complex.

On the lighter side, we got to see the TSA in prime action dealing with our boy! Upon returning from Inferno via Chicago Midway Airport, boy went through security with his LOCKED collar on! Seems as thought the key was safely tucked away in baggage. The metal detector went off like a nuclear warhead was up his butt. He was brisked aside and violated thoroughly with hands and a metal detector. Fantastic!

In a move of rare common sense, they decided a collar is not a threat and let him pass.

Yeah, TSA!

(next time we will check the boy in baggage)
